As the Marketing Manager of Content Production you will be responsible for the development and execution of a HubSpot editorial series. The Marketing Manager is a content strategist and producer who understands how to create editorial series that attract and grow an audience. To insure success of the program, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for achieving a monthly traffic and subscriber number.
In this role, the Marketing Manager delivers a clear vision for the editorial series and works closely with our creative partners, operations, and communication teams to execute the creation and promotion of our new editorial series.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Report to and partner with the Manager of Acquisition to develop a clear strategy and vision for content series.
Partner with project management to identify, plan, and track series progress and execution.
Work with creative and operations resources to ensure a flawless execution of series content and promotion.
Collaborate with HubSpot channel owners to help integrate the editorial series into the larger HubSpot editorial calendar.
Develop a paid, earned, and owned promotional strategy to reach and attract subscribers.
Report on series performance and provide insights.
We are looking for people who:
Excel at building relationships and navigating a marketing team
Strong writing skills to be leveraged across various media formats including articles, video, and podcasts.
Production skills. Working independently and with creative partners in video, photo, and audio.
Understand the balance of content development and series promotion.
Understand how all our projects fit into our broader strategy.
