What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

At Meta, you can play a key part in helping us remain a safe and trusted environment for people and businesses. We are looking for experienced integrated marketing professional to lead campaign development and execution to SMBs on the Global Customer Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing top-of-funnel marketing campaigns that help build trust with small businesses and help them adopt privacy-centric solutions to help grow their business. This includes go-to-market channel activations using paid, owned and earned media strategies that help advertisers meet business objectives while understanding evolving ad privacy changes. To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in content creation, expert analytical skills to measure campaign performance, a strong appreciation of ad products and thoroughly understand small business advertisers. You also have the ability to influence key partners across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams who may have different objectives.

Marketing Manager, Small Business Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing content strategy to support scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Meta’s privacy centric advertising solutions
  • Architect and implement user journeys that are integrated across channels, partnering with teams across Small Business Marketing and Sales teams
  • Support central, regional, audience marketing teams in development of narratives, creative platforms and messaging to be utilized across small business programs/campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align roadmaps and campaign goals, ensuring they contribute to business KPIs
  • Develop compelling customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses
  • Own campaign measurement and reporting to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
  • Work hand-in-hand with designers, copywriters, and web developers to activate Meta’s brand experience
  • Identify right levers behind successful marketing content, iterate on those learnings using testing frameworks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience leading creative development with internal creative teams and agencies
  • 5+ years of total marketing experience, 3+ years of experience launching outbound marketing campaigns
  • Experience developing and executing complex integrated marketing campaigns using paid, owned, earned strategies
  • Experience understanding Small Businesses and their needs
  • BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and collaborating with matrixed organizations
  • Development of campaign planning using a mix of brand marketing and performance marketing experience
  • Experience leading through ambiguity and working in a fast paced start-up environment
  • Experience using video or motion design to tell emotive stories
  • Project management and strong presentation skills
  • Analytical skills developing campaign measurement frameworks and reporting
  • Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
