What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

The GACC Academy team is looking to add a new Meta Program Manager (MPM) to help shape the design and execution of the new Meta Partner Program. Certain partner organizations are critical to realizing Meta’s vision, even more so now with the definition of the Metaverse as our company’s new north star.These partnerships today are touched by multiple Meta organizations including Product Managers; Business Development; Business Ecosystem Partner; Global Business Group; Global Agencies, Clients and Categories; Reality Labs; multiple Partnerships teams, among others. The goal of this program is to create a unified go to market model that allows us to coordinate and improve the ease with which partners can do business with us, and build strategic, long-term, cross-Meta partnerships with our most important partners.MPM’s will be assigned 2-3 partners accounts and will support 1Meta Partnerships Leads (MPL’s) in their mission to orchestrate cross-Meta strategy for these Partnerships. The MPM role is internal in nature and will focus on building a framework for how to keep teams intra-connected as they interface with a partner. This will include physical and virtual team meetings, establishment and governance of a Rhythm of Business, and make sure there is transparency and alignment as well as facilitate discussions among the different stakeholders. This role will help resolve cross company escalations and coordinate internal C-level briefings. Additionally, this role is also expected to help codify and scale learnings to the other 1MPMs and help share the overall 1Meta Program as we scale it across the organization.

Meta Program Manager, GACC Academy Responsibilities:

  • Resolve cross-company escalations, coordinate C-level briefings
  • Build/Leverage existing templates from all internal organizations and coordinate across teams to prepare for C-level briefings
  • Coordinate outside of MBG on escalations with policy, legal, comms, etc.
  • Defining enterprise service model best practice
  • Facilitating a forum for partner-facing teams to sync owning the repository for top-to-top meetings (agenda, objectives, attendees, outcomes, follow-ups)
  • Maintaining comprehensive Meta-partner relationship mapping
  • Facilitating routine internal QBRs with Chief Business Officer (Marne Levine) to discuss 1Meta partners
  • Managing cross-company stakeholders to resolve top partner escalations
  • Owning T2T briefing structure and coordinating with key stakeholders to input
  • Build a rhythm of business (cadence, format, attendees) for partnership team meetings
  • Accountable for partner-facing teams meeting regularly to increase transparency and alignment
  • Plan and facilitate discussions, provide recaps and follow-up on next steps
  • Bring the 1Meta approach to life by coordinating integrated cross functional support models as we roll out integrated support for key partnerships
  • Help codify best practices and share them across 1Meta Partners program participants to upscale performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing senior leaders across the organization
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing businesses (consulting, retail, consumer goods and/or consumer technology)
  • Program Leadership experience/Project management experience
  • Experience communicating effectively, across large audiences with authority
  • Knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides)
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience producing and leading executive presentations
  • Experience tracking success and iterate programs based on feedback
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated curiosity to uncover pockets of excellence and scale them across a team/organization
  • Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking and experience in developing and implementing successful action plans
