About the team:

Our operations, commercial, technology and data teams work closely together to create the best quality products, systems and tools to improve business growth and efficiency. We are looking for a talented Mortgage Systems Administrator with strong systems skills and attention to detail to assist the business with achieving our long term goal of making property finance simple.

About the role:

As a Mortgage Systems Administrator you will be part of our Systems operations team, reporting to the Senior Systems Support Analyst. You will also work closely with the lending and commercial teams, as well as the operations and technology teams when required.

Being a stickler for detail will also be critical as it will be your responsibility to ensure the integrity of product information on our site and our partner sites ensuring our customers always see the most up to date and accurate information.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Liaise with sourcing system providers to ensure our products and lending criteria are kept up to date
  • UAT to ensure we are sourcing correctly on various sourcing systems
  • Use Excel and Powerpoint – or similar tools – to maintain and update weekly performance and KPI packs (monthly) based on product data extracted from sourcing systems
  • Present information in a professional and effective style, whilst responding to questions from all levels of management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the various sourcing system providers
  • First point of contact for any queries internal/external stakeholders may have on sourcing systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous mortgage administration experience
  • Current and in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market
  • Experience using sourcing systems such as 27Tec, Trigold and Mortgage Brain
  • Be proficient in the use of Excel and similar data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication as well as presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (written & oral) is mandatory
  • Ability to work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including remote 3rd parties
  • Keen eye for detail, be able to work quickly and accurately and be methodical in your approach.
