It’s hosted at Digital Ocean, and the server can be logged into over SSH w/ the following info:

The database is a Mongo DB database hosted atmogodb.com. You can log in to that provider with the following

We think the issue is that the app is not connecting to the database at MongoDB
We can connect to the database directly, so we can verify that it is running OK using the following info:
