What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive growth and innovation for our NIL Deals marketplace solution for fans and athletes.

  • Work closely with VP of Product to execute the company product strategy for the browser and mobile apps
  • Work closely with the other Product Manager focused on the Opendorse Deals product
  • Manage roadmaps, define user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize and earn stakeholder buy-in
  • Responsible for the performance of the product, tracking and improving the related metrics
  • Identify ROI of new features and their short-term and long-term value
  • Participate in agile meetings such as daily standups, planning and retrospectives
  • Offer data-driven insights about user engagement and propose features that have a meaningful impact on growth and engagement
  • Work with stakeholders, and product and tech teams to understand user and business needs
  • Develop strong user-centered consumer experiences that solve problems
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Marketing and Operations, generate detailed documentation and ensure successful rollout of new features
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to document user and potential user feedback to inform the roadmap
  • Lead user testing and analyze results for product enhancements
  • Maintain knowledge about competitors and industry direction to inform our product



  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate a variety of user needs into software
  • Experience working in an agile scrum team
  • Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback from business experts to developers
  • Self starter; ability to act autonomously
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Constant attention to detail


  • Being high-energy with a hustle, motivation, and drive that’s contagious
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth early-stage technology startup company
  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the sports industry
  • Proven to be collaborative team player across multiple functions and geographies
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% to company headquarters in Lincoln, NE (if remote)
