Olive, is an intelligent software solution that automates cumbersome processes in enterprise healthcare software. As Olive progresses along an adoption curve, a more mature market has increased demands for more efficiency and standardization in the following areas: revenue cycle data analysis, measurement modeling for cash improvement, perpetual improvement (PI) calculation, denials/write-off trending, analytical support, and realization tracking around the impact from automation. The Partner Ops Manager will be responsible for developing standards in how Olive requests and analyzes data sets to achieve goals in the above areas jointly with our partners. The role will support the partner leads and report into the EVP, Partnerships.
You will play a key role in the partnership cycle to understand the customer business requirements, identify CPAs, clearly define project scope, assist in the project proposal, and help answer any business and technical questions the customer may have. This cross-functional role collaborates with all parts of the organization as well as external partners to deliver next level healthcare solutions.
The Partnerships Team is responsible for developing our Olive Helps ecosystem, our channel/reseller partnerships, and our joint solution partners. You will work with all of our Partner Leads to help standardize processes, produce opportunity research, and deliver deal/program analysis.
