A unique opportunity for an experienced industry professional to join an influential and fast-moving team leading redefining, transforming and modernizing core business processes across Global Partner, Education and Fulfillment Services (GPEFS). As a member of the Global Support and Optimization team, your role will be as a Process Modernization and Business Transformation Lead supportingGlobal Partner, Education and Fulfillment Services (GPEFS). GPEFS is comprised of many different services touching our customers throughout their Dell Technologies Services journey around the world.
As a member of the Global Support and Optimization team you will play a vital role in the design, redefining and transformation of end to end processes to modernize, build and productionize end-to-end Digital solutions & products working closely with the business, including stakeholders and essential partners internally across Global Partner, Education and Fulfillment Services (GPEFS).
Unending intellectual curiosity, advanced analytical skills, and vertical & horizontal engagement across Dell Technologies Services coupled with strong technical and business acumen are critical skills required for this role.
