Aledade’s Impact Analytics team works with teams across the company to answer pressing performance and policy questions with advanced data analyses, informing strategic and tactical decision making. We are recruiting a Product Analyst to work alongside our team of data and research scientists, business owners, and other technical teams to define analytic questions and approaches, design and implement efficient team workflows, and ensure that Aledade generates and uses high-quality evidence to guide key decisions.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US.
As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Working closely with business stakeholders and Impact Analytics leadership and team members to cultivate a shared understanding of business needs and analysis questions, constraints, priorities and ideal end products.
Partnering to develop short- and long-term roadmaps and analytic project plans that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration. Managing a transparent prioritization process.
Ensuring project teams stay on track to meet project milestones. Identifying and resolving and/or escalating blockers to progress.
Keeping project stakeholders informed of project status and soliciting input and feedback at appropriate stages.
Creating and maintaining documentation on data, code, and analysis procedures.
Creating and maintaining logs of analysis plans, analytical decisions and results. Identifying areas where partnership with engineering or other analytics teams at Aledade would be beneficial and coordinating requests for support.
Intaking and reviewing user technical assistance needs related to projects.
2+ years experience in a product analyst/management/owner role or a hands-on analytics role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Experience developing roadmaps and managing requirements against a roadmap, including organizing and prioritizing competing needs.
Experience using data and primary research to inform analysis design and build internal business understanding.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.
Experience with analytics and/or software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Experience designing workflows and operational processes as well as experience identifying process inefficiency.
Familiarity with healthcare data and analytics methods. Working knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of alternative payment models related to primary care such as Accountable Care Organizations or other shared savings programs.
Enthusiasm for the details of value based care policy and program rules.
Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative and bringing ideas for improvement.
