Ombori Apps is hiring a Product Manager to work either in Sweden or remotely.

What does Ombori Apps do?

We are creating the leading platform to power digital experiences in physical spaces. We are bringing the power and flexibility of the online world into the physical world, helping our clients to create smart stores, smart cities, and smart spaces.

We created Ombori Grid, a fully developed, easily integrated and scalable SaaS platform which enables us and our partners to rapidly build, deploy, and manage a wide range of customizable solutions.

Slick customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. We bridge a wide range of IoT devices, AI and machine learning powered cognitive services with touch screens and mobile phones to create solutions that are memorable, easy to use, and delight our customers.

We’re growing fast. In February 2021 we took second round of investment of 60million SEK to fund the next stage of our expansion.

What will you be doing?

Your role will focus on queue management, people flow and order pickup product. The strategic focus involves:

• Managing product E2E lifecycle. You will be responsible for product and market research, competitive analysis, planning, roadmap development, and product launch.
• Driving the business innovation. You will aim to achieve the optimal product/market fit and being advocate for funding and own the P/L for the product.
• Insights. You will collaborate with GTM responsible for the Product packaging and pricing by analyzing market, customer perceived value, cost and anticipating volume. Transforming customers dialogues, data and insights into opportunities and make tough prioritization decisions.
• Strategy. You will be developing, owning and articulating product vision and roadmap to drive the relevant OKRs.

The tactic focus involves:

• Prioritizing. You will own the prioritization of the product backlog and ensure the correct team focus having a healthy balance of innovation and sustainability.
• Decision making. You will own the definition of done and approve the delivery results. You will help to define the metrics and key results for XFT team and follow up how these can be improved.
• Collaboration. You will manage cross-functional relationships to keep stakeholders informed and aligned for maximum outcome and impact.

Requirements

Are you the right fit?

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience in a similar role. You will be excellent at managing product lifecycle.
• Inspirational skills. You will inspire the team with your leadership and product vision.
• Passion for customers. You will leverage from engagement with customers and cross functional collaborations to fulfill your passion for customer interaction and perception of used services.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills. You will need to be fluent in both written and spoken English. You will also need to be comfortable working with colleagues and clients for whom English is not a primary language.
• Self-starter attitude. You will enjoy this role if you thrive in dynamic, quick moving and challenging environment.

We would love it if you had following:

• Relevant education. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
• Technical and analytical skills. Decent understanding of technical lingo and strong analytical mindset.
• Product launch experience. Taking a product from concept to launch, involving leading UX decisions, and facilitating technical implementation discussions.
