About the Role:
Cityblock Health is hiring a Product Manager to lead our team focused on reporting in compliance with payor and regulatory contracts, including Case Management Delegation and maturing Cityblock’s analytics teams. You will work alongside seasoned product managers, analytics engineers, and analysts delivering reporting to payers and agencies as well as internal controls reporting
We are looking for someone with experience working in healthcare analytics who is excited about sinking their teeth into complex problems, driving clarity among a wide variety of business users, and communicating with a range of technologists and stakeholders. Success in this role will require excellent communication skills, strong relationship building, and exceptional attention to organization and detail.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized and skilled at defining and executing process improvements that require a high level of change management and cross-functional alignment, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity with ease. They also are an expert at building strong relationships, earning trust across organizational levels, and supporting change management.
- Be a core part of the product management team, working closely with engineers, data analysts, business stakeholders, and other PMs
- Collaborate with business analysts, markets, and external stakeholders to ensure reporting accurately reflects regulatory requirements
- Establish credibility and trusted working partnerships with business stakeholders; regularly facilitate decision making, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Support the near and long term roadmap development for Cityblock to define, develop and deliver regulatory and compliance reporting
Requirements for the Role:
- 3-5 years experience working in product management, project management, data analytics, or any other translatable experience
- Direct business experience in managed care at a health insurance company, integrated delivery system, or population health services company
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build consensus and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent writing and communication skills; precision and attention to detail in writing end-user facing documentation
- Ability to prioritize and work independently on a variety of tasks
