What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

The Meta Connectivity team is tasked with creating the conditions that will enable the future of immersive experiences to be available for everyone. Across a wide range of connectivity-related technology, we build products and solutions to improve end user experiences. As part of our focus, we’re building products to help people and small businesses understand and improve their connectivity, ranging from guest Wi-Fi solutions to internal business connectivity and more.You will help envision, build and take to market the next generation of products to help people and small businesses fully utilize the internet and make next generation experiences possible for them and their customers. You will structure the requirements and standards for solutions to be deployed at small businesses and homes that enable high-quality networks to support immersive experiences, ranging from new customer experiences to valuable business tools to the fulfillment and go-to-market strategies to deliver them. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, structured, and possesses a mix of strong product sense, business acumen, and subject matter expertise in networking.

Product Manager, Connectivity Products Responsibilities:

  • Explore and develop product strategies for a range of connectivity needs.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers, and data scientists.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Integrate vendor and partner market studies, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize efficiency and remove blockers in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or equivalent technical work experience (e.g. software engineer, network engineer etc.).
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience building and shipping applications or software of features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building strong partnerships with or working at consumer electronics companies, mobile carriers, and internet service providers.
  • Technical knowledge of access networks and their typical deployment architectures and challenges.
