The Role
Join a growing team, that is having a dramatic impact on how clinical trials work. You will be working with the team to redefine how clinical sites run all aspects of a clinical trial. This is a great opportunity for you to contribute and advance your career as you will be joining this product line at the very beginning of our journey.
You will own the roadmap for and drive delivery of critical integrations between three existing applications – SiteVault, MyVeeva, and CDMS. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams and the result will improve the lives of millions.

What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed specifications for productized integrations between three applications, including the definition of required data models and identification of existing or new API endpoints.
- Work closely with software and quality assurance engineers from multiple application teams to deliver and test the integrations.
- Work closely with Veeva professional services to enable customers to use the integrations.
- Monitor usage and value of the integrations through quantitative and qualitative (discussion with customers) methods.
- Own the product roadmap for the integrations and work closely with fellow site solution product managers to establish overall priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop short- and long-term product roadmaps and plans
- Experience writing design specifications, user stories, and managing a story backlog
- Experience designing logical data models
- Experience utilizing public application programming interfaces (APIs)
- Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design, and deliver the product
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience designing, implementing, or managing SaaS product integrations
- Experience in the clinical trial or healthcare provider industry

Nice to Have
- Prior work in software development, or computer science degree
- Experience with federal regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11 and PDMA, as well as state laws and regulations
- Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and Java
