What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We’re seeking an experienced professional to help empower businesses to purposefully share data, build relationships, and improve the performance of their advertising campaigns. With ecosystem shifts and heightened privacy concerns around third-party data, Meta is committed to providing our advertisers the best tools to get the most out of their advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Product Marketing Manager – Signals role will support a portfolio of products that help businesses optimize their campaigns and programs with Facebook, reach new people through better targeting and optimization, measure the results of their campaigns, and gain insights through analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing product strategies, running comprehensive research projects to better understand market demand and pain points, and crafting go-to-market strategy. This person must be a flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.

Product Marketing Manager, Signals Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market and drive alignment internally
  • Identify product opportunities through customer interviews and qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Produce market assessments including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and product requirements
  • Work closely with the product management and engineering team to deliver world-class products, including driving prioritization decisions
  • Manage product alphas and betas to direct product refinements and identify critical customer needs that must be met by the product in order to launch
  • Develop and help execute the go-to-market strategy for product releases across multiple Meta teams
  • Support sales teams in handling customer questions and on signals business tools and partner with engineering and product teams to coordinate troubleshooting these tools
  • Refine the product positioning, materials, and training for sales and clients
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including Marketing Communications and PR
  • Assess adoption of released products, and conduct analysis on impact to the business

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, data science and research functions
  • Experience influencing product development and product strategy
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or knowledge on technical products
  • Masters degree/MBA degree
  • Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives and priorities
  • Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
  • Product marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
