BE PART OF THE TEAM WORKING TOWARDS #BETTERGLOBALHEALTH

As a Program Manager, you will provide overall management and delivery of various projects within the Partnership team. The role requires ongoing coordination with internal governance committees, creating and maintaining communication processes within these committees to support the effective implementation of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the operations of multiple committees within the assigned account(s) or project(s).
  • Ensure that terms of reference are created and maintained for each committee.
  • Maintain and monitor all committee actions and follow-up requirements.
  • Create and maintain business planning and development of program roadmaps.
  • Create and implement proper communications processes across committees, ensuring that each committee and all persons participating in these committees understand the roles and responsibilities.
  • Organize timelines and identify appropriate schedules of meeting times and deliverables (quarterly, semi-annual, etc.).
  • Gather, analyze, prepare and present relevant data as needed.
  • Coordinate and adjust projects as required to support the successful delivery of the program.
  • Provide and maintain budgetary forecasts and estimates.
  • Provide weekly and regular reporting to the required management or teams on each committee’s status, activities, risks, deliverables, etc.
  • Create and maintain project dashboards and other reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in project management with complex and multiple projects.
  • Experience managing concurrent healthcare projects are required, and experience with Ontario healthcare experience is an asset.
  • Strong Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizing, planning and coordination skills.
  • Effective verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Awareness of emerging IT healthcare trends and technologies and previous experience in a healthcare setting are preferred.
  • Understanding the capabilities of Smile CDR’s products and services and how they can deliver value to our customers is an asset.
