Project Coordinator

Mediafly is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Consulting & Advisory team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with Mediafly’s Analyst team to help manage client project schedules, reviews and communications. This person will work with multiple parts of the organization including product, operations, and customer success. You will have a measurable impact on the success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling kickoffs, workshops, and review meetings
- Coordinates schedules and maintain systematic cadence on all projects
- Proactively communicating reminders and to-dos to both internal and external project stakeholders
- Developing schedules on all client projects and keeping these schedules up to date as the project progresses
- Tracking milestones and deliverables to the client
- Reporting in a project dashboard across all project teams to assure that client deliverables are provided as scheduled.
- Reporting on and managing project risks
- Co-chairing the daily Shared Resources project meetings/scrums and documenting the results of the meeting, designed to help balance shared resources to meet conflicting client schedules and deliverables.
Requirements
- The ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with sharp deadlines
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Able to lead work efforts
- Work collaboratively with peers and senior staff
- Experience with MS Excel
- Experience with SmartSheet is a plus
This is a remote position based in the US.
