Our Customer Services Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing implementations of Infobip solutions. You’ll be leading implementation projects and professional services engagements according to agreed scope, time, and budget – all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction. You’ll be focused on helping customers utilize Infobip solutions in the best possible way for their business. From initiation through to completion, this role is responsible for all stages in implementation including – milestone achievements, resources, escalation, change management, manage stakeholders, and lead the efforts of team management.

Job Responsibilities:

Aside from the job overview listed above, some of the other Project Manager responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Provide support to the sales process by recognizing opportunities to expand professional services sales.
  • Document and introduce Project Management best practices and share with the Professional Services community.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and practices across the organization.
  • Participate and interact with Infobip’s internal global Professional Services teams to exchange & learn best practices.

You’re the right person for us if you have:

  • A strong engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
  • Experience in the Information Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
  • Experience working on technical projects and program management a plus!
  • Independently managed operational aspects of ongoing projects and served as a liaison between business units/teams.
  • Successfully managed multiple projects (or stages of a project), met deadlines, and worked well under pressure.
  • Worked with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
  • Always had the interest to know more about best practices from Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills – attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical in this role.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (experience working with CRM tools a plus).
  • Constantly learned and challenged yourself about new technologies and use cases from different industries.
