What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter at Snap! Raise, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company’s hiring needs.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Recruiter Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on company goals and needs

  • Source passive candidates

  • Search resume databases for the best fit candidates

  • Communicate daily with Hiring Managers and various departments across the company

  • Write and proofread job descriptions

  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates

  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit

  • Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates

  • Implement employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

  • Interview candidates following company’s rules and regulations

  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Recruiter Requirements: 

  • 4 years of experience as Recruiter or similar role

  • Outside Sales recruiting experience a plus

  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements

  • Passionate about the candidate experience

  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes

  • Understanding and familiarity with ATS – Prior use of JazzHR a plus

  • Understanding of basic employer branding strategies

  • Problem solver, not a problem dodger

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
