Regional IT Administrator

The Regional IT Administrator is a professional role with sole or principal responsibility for all IT-related services at a specified location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sole oversight and responsibility for all IT-related services at assigned locations
  • Chief liaison between the local business and the Company’s IT Department
  • Apply ITIL framework and troubleshooting techniques in order to effectively analyze, diagnose, resolve and or escalate incidents and problems
  • Coordinate, implement, and support all Company IT-related initiatives at the assigned locations
  • Analyze IT service requests and incidents (including consulting with end users and external partners & suppliers) to resolve or facilitate resolution
  • Responsibility for all IT hardware and software, implementation, maintenance, configuration, and support including but not limited to, all computer & mobile devices, printers, networks, servers, and wireless systems

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years in similar IT support/administration role
  • Highly-specialized knowledge in computer systems analysis and/or systems engineering
  • Trusted professional who works independently while consistently engaged with business users, dispersed IT support, and IT leadership teams
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of IT troubleshooting and monitoring
  • Proficient in some or all of the following areas:
    • Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11, 2012, 2016, 2019/Mac OS)
    • Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365 collaboration applications
    • Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft networking services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, GPO, NTFS, WSUS, etc…)
    • Citrix XenApp/Desktop and VDI Solutions
    • MDM Solutions such as Microsoft EndPoint Manager and Jamf
    • Networking (routers, switches, WAP, firewalls)
  • Position requires some light travel to support regional offices and/or support other North America regional team members
  • Knowledge of working in Agile methodology
  • Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Technical certifications (CompTIA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, AWS) is a plus
