Substation P&C Designer:

  • Must have a technology degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be able to understand relay and metering one lines
  • Must be able to independently produce the following drawings from a relay and metering one line:
      • Relay Panel Front views
      • AC schematic or Three-line diagrams
      • DC schematic Diagrams
      • Panel wiring drawings
      • Point to point wiring drawings
      • Equipment wiring drawings
      • Control cable schedule
      • Power cable schedule
  • Requires extensive skill and experience in AutoCAD. Skill using MicroStation is a plus.
  • Must take personal responsibility for work.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be able to take instruction from the lead P&C engineer.
