What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

Olo is looking for an organized and analytical sales representative to support our team’s renewal process for 600+ mid-market and enterprise customers. Olo’s products and services mix the critical elements of B2B and excitement of B2C into an online ordering and customer engagement platform that has changed the restaurant landscape. We have long-term partnerships with most of our customers and are proud to have a high customer-retention rate.
You will play a key role in preparing our Regional Business Managers for their upcoming renewal conversations, an important point in the customer lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to help improve our processes and work closely with several members of the Sales and Customer Success teams.

What You’ll Do

    • Own the preparation process for upcoming renewals of your assigned accounts.
    • Review customer contracts, gather relevant data, analyze pricing, and provide a recommended approach based on our renewal playbook.
    • Contact customers and help coordinate meetings for the account owners.
    • Work in partnership with our sales managers to refine the process and the resources used internally & externally.
    • Track upcoming renewals in our CRM and ensure that deadlines are met.

What We’ll Expect From You

    • Organized, process-oriented and data-driven
    • 0-2 years experience in a sales or account management role
    • A great collaborator with the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Solid PC skills — Powerpoint, Excel, Google Suite, CRM & data analytics tools, etc.

Nice to Have

    • Familiarity with enterprise customer contracts and legal terminology
