The Operations team supports all aspects of Code3’s business — from process origination and improvement to metrics tracking and business reporting. As Code3’s revenue grows and evolves, our team ensures stability through resourcing, technical support and centralization of critical functions.

As a Revenue Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing the processes and timelines that are mission critical in helping our business operate. You’ll have the chance to partner with various internal and external stakeholders, and will experience the full breadth of working in a fast-moving operations function. We encourage bright, kind, enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help make a big impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Problem solve across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Work with our Finance team to maintain organized records of payment and assist in month-end revenue processes
  • Set up and manage all insertion orders and contract terms across Code3 clients
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Partnership agreements
  • Assist Account Management teams in Salesforce Opportunity maintenance
  • Recommend changes to existing policies, and processes that improve overall efficiencies

Requirements:

  • BA or equivalent – background in accounting/finance, project management, contract management or operations

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-2 years of work experience, accounting, FP&A or other financial experience
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite/G-Suite, and Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively with and across cross-functional teams
  • Process oriented with the ability to track projects through to completion
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
  • Understanding of accounting terms and processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Orders, Insertion Orders and month-end close process
