What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

Global Risk Operations is looking for a Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Centralized Escalations Support (CES) function of the Risk Prevention team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of internal teams across Global Operations and Meta as a whole to enable the success of our external vendor partners. Through ensuring successful expansion and maturation of our CES program, you will have a foundational impact on Global Risk Operation’s strategic investments to mitigate risk for Meta at scale. About GRO: The Global Risk Operations organization within Global Operations advocates for and protects every person, community, and business from risk on our platforms, across the world. As part of that, the Risk Prevention team is responsible for the end-to-end management of operational workflows designed to identify, reduce, and prevent integrity risk for Meta. This requires highly specialized and agile enforcement, based on nuanced policy application inclusive of its new and dynamic changes, situational awareness, and regional and language expertise.

Risk Prevention Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional partners in Global Operations to improve the support and enablement experience offered via the Centralized Escalations Support vendor program
  • align processes and pilot new strategic initiatives
  • Identify and drive projects and initiatives within the vendor landscape in partnership with the team’s Program Manager and our Workforce Strategy partners, including projects related to quality, training, process, and tooling
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
  • Manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, ensure on-time delivery and provide risk and change management
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics to develop and determine optimization efforts within the project
  • Identify opportunities to solve problems, enable continuous improvement processes, build mature working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Address graphic, sensitive and potentially offensive or controversial content

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience with large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple lines of business
  • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience thinking outside the box, multitasking and working well under pressure to identify issues and resolve them in partnership with business leaders
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Willingness and experience in being flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated
  • Proven experience completing projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Demonstrated experience performing well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience within vendor management, online operations, workflows, customer support/experience support or project management
  • Proven experience synthesizing complex ideas for executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Experience with external workforce/vendor operations
  • Experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent project management environment
  • Experience with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
