Title: Sales Onboarding Program Manager

Are you interested in leveraging technology to elevate sales performance? Would you like to lead the expansion of tools to new audiences as well as manage, administer, and optimize the use of our current tech stack?

What You Will Do

As the Sales Enablement Ops Manager, you’ll work closely with the sales enablement team and the sales organization to manage and administer enablement tools and programs to enable seller success. You’ll define strategic plans for launching and optimizing technology as well as providing tactical support such as troubleshooting and video production. Your impact will be substantial as you lead the effort to expand sales enablement technologies across the organization.

  • Manage and administer enablement tools and programs to enable seller success
    • Optimize how enablement tools are used
    • Innovate with technology to boost seller effectiveness
    • Develop automations to expedite processes
    • Provide troubleshooting support to end users
    • Manage vendor relationships
  • Create sales enablement content for maximum impact and ease-of-consumption. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to plan and develop enablement content such as communications, training modules, job-aids, role-plays, and assessments.
  • Plan and manage technology launches to new audiences
    • Create launch plans and lead the launch process, partnering with tool vendors as well as internal stakeholders
    • Build and deliver training on tools and technology
    • Define and document enablement processes
  • Leverage sales enablement technologies to develop insights, track progress, and measure results

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Business, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales enablement, training, or system administration, preferably with a hardware or software company
  • Experience using multimedia authoring tools (such as Camtasia) to develop online learning
  • Preferred experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms (such as Mindtickle, Gong, Seismic)
  • Track record demonstrating attention to detail
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, transmits information accurately and understandably, and actively seeks feedback.
  • Experience partnering with tool vendors to optimize technology usage and measure impact
  • Well-organized, self-directed team player. Remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
