As we scale, we are looking for a result oriented Sales Enablement Lead who would be responsible broadly for 4 categories – training new members, coaching existing members, sales collateral management and providing a world-class demo experience for our prospects
We expect the candidate to interact with teams globally split across multiple role types – SDRs, Field Sales, Regional Sales Leaders and Pre-Sales Content. You would be working with sales team to prioritize what assets need to be built and then collaborate with Product Marketing to ship those assets
Training & Coaching
Deliver Hubilo product training sessions, use cases and customer stories to both new users and existing members
Plan coaching topics by working with the sales leaders and listening into customer calls
Be an active participant in delivering the Quarterly Sales Kick-off
Build a cadence to maintain an updated repository of Pitch decks, Use Cases, Battle Cards, Customer Stories and other sales collateral.
You should apply if:
you have proven 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Enablement
Prior experience in a SaaS sales role is a plus
are an excellent listener and communicator
You have prioritisation as a natural skill. You can juggle around things and are on top of things that matter the most – Any changes within the organization – product offerings, or sales content need to be clearly communicated to all sales reps.
You enjoy multitasking and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders
You possess excellent presentation skills – are able to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment with a great storytelling ability and with stunning visuals
