Description

Pathwire, a Sinch company is looking for an upbeat, creative and energetic Sales Enablement Trainer to facilitate new hire and ongoing sales training. We are looking for someone who is passionate and is driven by helping others learn the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This role will ensure that our teams have the skills, capabilities, knowledge, and tools that are vital for our success.

As Sales Trainer, you will be instrumental in growing the overall sales capabilities of our team, by providing engaging and impactful new hire training, and continuous development training for our existing sales team. You will help analyze the impact of training against company objectives, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales training calendar, scheduling and enrollments
  • Own the New Hire Sales Onboarding Training Program, which includes scheduling trainings, delivering training, hosting new hire group coaching sessions, providing feedback and assessments to new hires and their managers.
  • Train and onboard new sales roles ensuring they are trained and proficient in product knowledge, sales skills, sales processes, tools & technologies.
  • Deliver all aspects of assigned training and development, including but not limited to facilitating in-person classroom, virtual classroom, coaching sessions, and/or e-learning presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants during training to improve their capabilities.
  • Collaborate in the development of new sales training programs.
  • Connect with management to recommend training improvements.
  • Identify gaps in the effectiveness of existing training.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams as the sales SME to ensure all sales content information is organized, current and easily accessible
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Confirmed 2-4 years’ experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar position
  • Previous sales experience in SaaS or technology is a major plus, but not required
  • Strong solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to craft and implement effective sales training programs with role play activities, case studies, assessments, evaluations, experiential learning activities and playbooks
  • Ability to empower others to improve their skills
  • Outstanding coaching and sales skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask when required
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training efficacy measurements and processes
  • Previous experience / knowledge of sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Chorus, Clari, Seismic, Outreach and other sales enablement tools)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools a plus, but not required (e.g. Lessonly, Rise360, Captivate)

(*Colorado Only*) Annual on target earnings of $78,000 + benefits.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the compensation for this role when being hired in Colorado.
