your role

As a B2B Sales Manager in our B2B Sales Team, you acquire business customers and are thus significantly involved in FINN's success. You understand the needs of potential corporate customers and work with them to develop value-added solutions for their company fleet. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

your goals
Control the entire sales cycle: You are completely responsible for customer acquisition, from lead generation to qualification and closing. Your goal is to place FINN subscriptions with new corporate customers.
Know the market and our product: You will become an expert on the market for company fleets and our range. This allows you to react spontaneously and professionally to objections from potential customers.
Collect customer requirements: Your good customer relationships enable you to be in constant contact with our customers regarding our product. You collect their requirements, validate them and pass them on to management in a structured manner in order to systematically identify potential for existing and new customer groups.
Improve our processes: Your independent identification of improvement potential contributes to increasing our efficiency and customer experience.

requirements
Previous experience in sales is an advantage.
Successful completion of vocational training or a (bachelor's) degree.
You are ambitious, highly motivated and, thanks to your "hunter mentality", enjoy communicating our offer to potential customers.
You are a talented communicator - both written and verbal.
Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who works out solutions together with potential customers.
You are structured and question existing processes.
You speak fluent German.
