As a Sales Ops Associate / Analyst, you will serve as a cross-functional resource primarily dedicated to supporting the Sales team in their efforts to drive high velocity growth and hit ambitious revenue goals. You will lead analytical projects for restaurant acquisition and account management teams. Key contributions will include improving forecasting, goal setting, weekly reporting, sales systems, sales strategy and territory optimization leading to insightful and data driven business decisions. This role will require both a strategic mindset and the ability to execute, an interest in testing and building new concepts, and the ability to be both a team player and an individual contributor. The ideal person for this role is very organized, analytical and has the ability to execute multiple high level tasks seamlessly.
Serve as the right-hand for the Sales Ops lead in all areas including, sales systems, strategy and planning, and analytics.
Collaborate on analyses, strategies, and deliverables for business reviews.
Develop and implement regular sales reporting of performance metrics. Provide real-time visibility into forecasting and funnel analysis.
Use ample technical and analytics skills to produce excellent data quality, data validation, and data linkages with internal tools.
Build dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools to track, manage, and provide insights on KPIs
Support core sales operations responsibilities such as weekly reporting, forecasting, goal setting
Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, analytics or related experience; high growth experience is a bonus.
High proficiency in customizing business systems and tools: Analytics (Modeling, Forecasting), SQL, Excel, BI Tools, CRM Expert, Reporting, Data Mining
Salesforce and SQL: nice-to-have or willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, stakeholder management and consensus building, self-starter; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity; project management, process-driven, and decisive workstyle.
