Summary
We are seeking an intelligent, hard working individual with an eye for detail. As a Sales Research Associate, you’ll work directly with our leadership team as a critical function within the Sales Operations organization at Fast. Sitting at the top of our sales funnel, you’ll be tasked with making sure that our Sales team can work efficiently with their time and focus on only the best quality prospective sellers. You’ll be regularly exposed to nearly every part of the Fast business including sales, marketing, product and strategy. Role
- Evaluate prospective e-commerce stores for fit with Fast Checkout
- Identify key contacts for Sales people to connect with
- Correct any information inaccuracies in our data
- Qualify both inbound and outbound prospects according to Fast guidelines
- Record screen share videos of online checkout process for prospects
- Assign and initiate first outreach on behalf of Sales team
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ready to roll their sleeves up – no task or issue is too big or small
- Resourceful, proactive problem solver
- Critical eye for detail and quick decision maker
- Familiarity with excel/google sheets/crm
Plus
- Experience with e-commerce stores and d2c brands
- Experience with sales tools including: Salesforce, Outreach.io etc
- Interest and curiosity in the online shopping world
