Kforce has a client in Carrollton, TX that is looking for a remote Senior Customer Experience Specialist for their team. If you’re interested in learning more about the mortgage process while maintaining strong customer service, this position may be for you. This role will be remote – anywhere outside of Texas.
Requirements
High School diploma/GED and 3-5 years of mortgage experience/customer service
Understanding of federal and state mortgage servicing requirements, standards, and processes
Understanding of mortgage-related terms, such as escrow, taxes, closing documents, and insurance
Understanding of loan processing systems; Encompass, MSP, & FICS preferred
Excellent written/verbal skills
Excellent comprehension skills
Comfortable emailing and speaking to Loan Officers/Branch Managers
Ability to adapt to a high-pace, dynamic environment (high volume data entry)
