About The Role
You will work directly with Veho’s CEO and CMO to build the brand and marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of the marketing team at one of the fastest growing startups in the world. In this role you will be the guardian of the Veho brand and help define the look and voice of the  brand to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns, implementing new processes to help scale, and building a superstar team of marketing professionals to help make this brand famous in America and beyond. 
We are looking for a marketer who is also a dynamic leader in entrepreneurial environments, and is experienced in and passionate about people management, developing and mentoring talent. They must be an expert collaborator, skilled at bringing people together, and communicating openly and transparently. 

Responsibilities Include:

    • Build the Veho brand over all touch points
    • Drive the planning, creative development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across channels
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define brand guidelines that reflect the values and voice of Veho to driver partners, clients, and customers
    • Apply expertise to bring brand marketing to life in a way that optimizes results across marketing's key goals/metrics
    • Manage internal and external resources responsible for amplifying our brand campaigns across awareness-driven channels
    • Build strong partnerships and establish credibility with the internal cross-functional team, based upon a demonstrated collaborative approach, leadership skills and experience.
    • Craft a clear roadmap and marketing plan, demonstrating how brand will impact critical company objectives and key results
    • Think big and come up with breakthrough campaign ideas and stories that make the most of budgets while leading a team to execute with excellence

What You Bring:

      • 10+ years experience, preferably with time spent in a dynamic start-up environment
      • Experience with B2B and B2C brand strategies
      • Experience at an advertising/branding agency and in-house experience is a plus
      • Data-driven, self-starter, creative, problem-solver, critical thinker
      • Experience working across matrixed organizations to drive desired outcomes
      • Strong communicator who is comfortable selling ideas both internally and externally
      • Comfortable with tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment where things move and change quickly
      • Track record of building impactful programs from scratch and successfully working with C-suite executives
      • Proficient in performance marketing/working with performance marketing teams
      • Innovative approach to using data, tackling media planning and measurement
