Redis Labs is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the mighty marketing team.
As Senior Designer and a crucial member of the team, you will be a creative thinker who brings a systems approach to designing and multitask on design projects that require both conceptual and functional thinking with a tireless work ethic.
Our ideal candidate would be a visual storyteller with an appreciation for your craft who can dive deep into the details while understanding how your work contributes to bigger-picture objectives. You have experience working across mediums and you react quickly to new information, opinions, and direction to strategically pivot when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Produce compelling assets and materials that speak to and resonate with our audiences to help our sales and marketing teams generate value at each stage of the customer journey across all channels (web, e-books, white papers, presentations, social, ads, etc.).
- Implement strategic and conceptual thinking to solo design projects with little oversight.
- Create and evolve scalable design systems and brand guidelines that allow our internal teams and external agencies to create materials at scale.
- Manage our asset library, which includes having a process to continuously improve and update assets, document changes, and share with broader teams on a regular basis.
- Ensure branding is applied consistently across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross functionally, articulate ideas in a clear manner, and engage in healthy debate to create concepts and, shall we say award-winning, designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of design experience and able to provide a strong portfolio during the interview process showcasing a growing ability to develop innovative creative work across a broad range of media. Must have a working knowledge of graphic design, branding, photography, and art direction as it pertains to print, digital, and motion.
- Proficient in the most up-to-date design tools, like Adobe CC and Figma, and proactively learn and stays on top of the latest tools, trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Strong attention to detail, timeline sensitivity, and goal orientation.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude who takes initiative to get stuff done.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
