We are looking for a Business System Analyst to operationalize our data, using objective insights to solve problems, and measure the impact and success of marketing & sales initiatives. This role will report into our Director of GTM Systems, and work closely with Growth Marketing, Business Development, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations and Finance teams.
 
-Improve marketing & sales analytics through data management and enablement.
-Optimize tracking capabilities to deliver a best in class reporting experience.
-Evaluate marketing & sales effectiveness and contribute to forecasting growth.
 

About You

    • 3-5  years experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or equivalent role working with Salesforce.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
    • Has 3+ years of experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot), website tracking (Google Analytics/SimilarWeb) systems, and productivity applications (Outreach, Gong, Clari).
    • Ability to analyze data sets including segmentation & data augmentation and explain technical concepts in easy-to-understand ways.
    • Experience converting business objectives into technical requirements.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams through UAT.
    • Ensures that the Applications we implement deliver expected ROI by driving monthly/quarterly reviews framed by actionable metrics.

Outcomes

    • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams in leading global Go To Market Operations projects.
    • Partner with Sales Operations Partners to understand Sales requirements and process and tool enhancements needed by segment.
    • Capture, analyze, and validate business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources.
    • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions.
    • Support change management and enablement.
