What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We are actively recruiting for a Senior HR Analyst to join the People Strategy & Operations Team. Building off our company value of Evidence, the successful individual will champion the use of HR data to inform decision making, policies, and programs to support the employee experience at Aledade from recruitment to offboarding.  The individual will play a key role in supporting key stakeholders in leveraging the data to identify where efforts should be prioritized,  areas for improvement or exploration, and where the company should adjust or develop process/approach.
 

Responsibilities Include:

    • Develop and maintain People related data and analytics solutions, including dashboards, tools, and quarterly decks to share insights with key stakeholders across Aledade
    • Collect, analyze, and report HR data, metrics, and trends to inform our recruitment, engagement retention, DEI, headcount analysis, L&D,compliance efforts
    • Collaborates with IT, Payroll, and People team members on HR system modifications, process improvements, and system upgrades (planning, testing, communication, and implementation)Identify standard and ad-hoc reporting needs to support People team programs and initiatives. 
    • Develop, prepare, and schedule reports for People team and management.
    • Leverage HR current systems (UKG, Lever) to extrapolate data and build custom reports 
    • Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve integrity and accuracy, coordinating corrections where applicable
    • Lead the development of HR dashboards in tandem with engineering teams.
    • Troubleshoot complex issues related to system data and architecture
    • Identify areas where we can scale and improve our approach around data collection and the automation of processes and systems.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting HR operations
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a curious approach to data
    • Experience in using and optimizing HRIS systems; UKG preferred
    • Expert-level Excel & Tableau skills 
    • A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
    • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion is critical
All prospective hires will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated, including booster shots, against COVID-19 with a COVID-19 vaccine for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a license or an Emergency Use Authorization prior to mutually-agreed upon start date at Aledade, unless they qualify for a medical or religious accommodation to this vaccination requirement.
