What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner role is a strategic role that fosters relationships with employees at all levels and collaborates cross-functionally and across the People Team’s Centers of Excellence to drive change, foster engagement, and help teams and leaders meet business goals and ensure a best-in-class employee experience at Model N.
Core Responsibilities:
· Serve as a key, strategic member of the global HRBP team and lead the execution of key HR initiatives and programs related to employee engagement, DEIB, and talent development.
· Partner with leaders and provide coaching and support to leaders and teams.Provide guidance on day-to-day issues as well as proactively guide on organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management. Build trust and foster relationships with all levels of management and all stakeholders within the organization.
· Act as a change agent who helps with change management initiatives while  ensuring our changes stay true to our culture, are communicated effectively and maintain engagement.
· Handle employee relations situations, working in partnership with managers, employees and Legal.
· Act as primary point of contact for employees on a range of HR matters and work with generalists and Associate Business Partners to delegate work and address issues raised and get to root cause of problems in order toimprove processes where needed.
· Assist in the preparation of professional presentations and reports that leverage HR metrics to identify problems and trends affecting employee productivity and satisfaction and communicate to the leaders and teams. Also strategically partner with leaders to develop action plans.
· Perform data analytics and be able to interpret various points of data into insights and strategic recommendations.
· Cultivate and build strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders within the organization and across COEs in People Team.
· Build out and continuously improve HR processes by identifying and developing process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
· Partner with other members of the People Team to develop best-in-class processes, tools and training to support future growth.
· Regularly present in meetings with functional leaders and employees to articulate and facilitate key talent initiatives, such as talent assessments and employee engagement survey data.
Education & Experience:
·                     Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2 – 4 years of direct HRBP experience.
·                     Experience and knowledge of employee relations; the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management.
·                     Experienced in coaching managers and employees and in giving direct, constructive feedback.
·                     Able to prepare professional presentation materials and comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
·                     Demonstrated problem solver and able to synthesize information quickly to address issues in a timely fashion.
·                     Excellent communication skills, comfortable giving presentations and addressing groups.
·                     Strong team player mentality, able to develop trust and credibility quickly.
·                     Aptitude to work collaboratively and drive toward effective solutions in support of organizational goals.
·                     Strong critical thinking skills, as well as exercise sound and professional judgment and discretion.
·                     Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
·                     Highly organized and ability to prioritize work effectively.
·                     Prior experience in a fast-paced technology/Saascompany preferred.
·                     Strong systems knowledge and high proficiency in Powerpoint andExcel.
·                     Working knowledge of ADP and Workday HRIS systems preferred.
·                     Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
·                     DiSC certified a plus.
