Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Partner Experience leads a cross-company initiative to define the Pax8 experience for our partners and develop the engagement, programs, and services that deliver a world class experience. They define partner personas and profiles, partner journey, and differentiated value propositions. The Senior Manager leads research and market benchmarking to define and develop the Pax8 partner experience. They lead the voice of partner (NPS & CSAT) initiatives, conduct journey mappings, devise digital experience for each partner segment, monitors social media, and directs continuous program evaluation and improvement cycles.

The Pax8 Digital Sales and Sales Excellence organization is on a mission to accelerate Pax8 revenue, harness data to create agile digital sales strategies to empower Pax8 sales to craft successful solutions with partners and build agile processes and tools that scale with our dynamic and growing business. Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Develop partner personas and differentiated partner journeys
  • Develop and direct Voice of Partner and other programs
  • Conduct partner research and benchmarking, including development of surveys
  • Define measures and dashboards to monitor and syndicate partner SAT and initiative performance
  • Project management of research, program development, partner journey initiatives
  • Leads a cross-company team
  • Present findings and results to leadership

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least eight (8) years of demonstrated partner program development and execution
  • At least four (4) years managing a team
  • Expertise in research platforms such as Qualtrics (preferred), Confirmit, Alchemer/Survey Gizmo, Lucid
  • Successful program management of multi-dimensional customer/partner programs – experience in technology/SAAS sector preferred
  • Deep understanding about technology partner ecosystem, channels, and programs
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, in dynamic, rapid growth environments
  • Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, persuasive both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing across broad group of stakeholders, peers, and senior leadership

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Project management certification

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $120,000 or more depending on experience
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
