Why this role exists:
As a Senior Product Manager for YourDictionary.com (a division of LoveToKnowMedia), you will drive the success of our fast-growing, high-quality dictionary reference. Reporting to the CEO, the SPM will lead data-informed product decisions working cross-functionally with engineers, UX designers, marketing, and content professionals, using their knowledge of online media/content to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Required experience:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager in a consumer-oriented web (B2C) business
- Experience in online media and content or relevant field
Objective Outcomes:
- You will identify and develop new product features and engaging experiences for our users.
- You will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- You will work cross-functionally (with engineers, UX designers, marketing, etc.) to launch your features.
- You will partner with content leaders to develop engaging content to drive acquisition and add value for users.
- You will collaborate with the Revenue Team to incorporate meaningful advertising experiences that balance user experience and revenue generation.
Core competencies / hard skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience managing B2C web products
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and web customer acquisition strategies
- Interest and knowledge in words, references, and language
- Strong command of the English language
