As a Senior Product Manager at Color, you will be responsible for developing products that expand access to essential healthcare services for those who need it most. You will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, user research, external partners and stakeholders to define and execute on public health and population health-related product initiatives.
 
Health Applications PMs at Color work on a patient and customer-phasing software that supports our vaccination, testing & diagnostics, and therapeutics product lines. As a Senior PM on this team, you’ll be responsible for product roadmap development and strategy on one of these product lines. You’ll work directly with strategic customers to understand their needs, collaborate with commercial teams to understand opportunities for your product line, and develop and own execution your roadmap.

How You’ll Contribute:

    • Own and prioritize patient and customer-facing roadmaps for key product lines 
    • Build relationships with strategic customers to understand areas of unmet need, and collaborate with commercial teams to conduct product discovery and market research
    • Inform critical decisions around new areas of product development: where to build, buy, or partner
    • Drive product development with top engineers, designers, scientists and program partners 
    • Represent Color, our mission, values, and our operating principles to external partners, vendors, and customers


Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • 5-7 years of product management experience at a fast growing technology company
    • Understanding of and experience with data analysis, product requirement definition, prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to make order out of ambiguity 
    • Ability to make good decisions based on the right balance of judgment and data
    • Ability to solve problems creatively based on a deep understanding of how your product area works
    • Ability to pay attention to nuanced product details, as well as the big picture
    • Experience in enterprise software development
    • A strong interest in public and population health
