A high-growth, Series A funded startup, backed by top tier VCs is seeking driven Senior Quality Analyst / Lead to join a growing team and help define the culture of engineering and quality assurance. The startup has launched a first-of-its-kind talent management SaaS platform for large enterprises that has already served customers like Cloudera, Dropbox, Chime, Zoom and more. The Senior QA Analyst will develop test plans, procedures, and manual or automated scripts while collaborating in formal reviews of business requirements and design specifications. Other critical responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring proper test coverage exists based on requirements and design specifications; creating business test cases; coordinating test schedules, work and resource plans; manages progress of all test activities against plan; managing critical path of testing.
The ideal candidate will have depth in developing manual and/or automated test frameworks, standards, training, etc. with 5+ years in testing web, server or mobile apps as well as 2+ years working with end-to-end application development life-cycle. You will also have exceptional communication skills and advanced software testing background through extended quality assurance experience including documentation, processes, manual testing, automation frameworks, quality assurance tool sets and performance testing.
