Delivering qualified candidates to your stakeholders, and providing additional information they will need to assess them
Reporting weekly the outcomes of the process you are in charge of
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process based in your knowledge of Brazilian market
3+ years of experience as an IT, finance, with experience in agency and in-house searches
Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to issuing the offer
Experience in working with internal managers/stakeholders or clients, and assessing them with prioritization and identifying blind spots.
Good knowledge of candidate search techniques including the use of HR/recruitment data base systems and social media such as LinkedIn. Experience in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidates tracking
Focus on customer service
High level of autonomy
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks, managing simultaneous position in the same time.
Fluent spoken and written English is a must
