About ADDI
We are a technology company building a merchant-first platform across Latin America, starting with POS financing. We aim to build a simple, personalized and fully digital financing platform that empowers our merchants by allowing them to increase sales, conversion, customer acquisition and loyalty in a profitable way. We launched in February of 2019, have already served thousands of clients and disbursed millions of dollars, and will start our first international expansion!
We operate as a full stack startup. We have built our core systems and processes from scratch, and we believe our technology and analytics platform will drive our progress into the years to come. Outcomes
- Work with the People Team members, managers, and staff in order to understand, qualify and prioritize the hiring demand
- Create a pipeline of candidates for various roles in the company
- Take care of candidates during the whole recruitment process offering them a delightful experience with ADDI
- Delivering qualified candidates to your stakeholders, and providing additional information they will need to assess them
- Reporting weekly the outcomes of the process you are in charge of
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process based in your knowledge of Brazilian market
Competences
- 3+ years of experience as an IT, finance, with experience in agency and in-house searches
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to issuing the offer
- Experience in working with internal managers/stakeholders or clients, and assessing them with prioritization and identifying blind spots.
- Good knowledge of candidate search techniques including the use of HR/recruitment data base systems and social media such as LinkedIn. Experience in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidates tracking
- Focus on customer service
- High level of autonomy
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks, managing simultaneous position in the same time.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
