We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (Contract) to join our growing team!
 
In this role, you will own the recruitment life cycle process for Vir’s corporate functions and serve as an advisor to the hiring managers on their talent needs.  You will be responsible for leading full cycle recruitment efforts, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to provide a best-in-class experience for our hiring teams and candidates.  The role will execute creative talent sourcing and campaigns that scale for attracting quality, diverse talent.  Additionally, you will partner with the broader HR function and other colleagues to execute on key functional projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities And Learning Opportunities

    • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruiting process from the recruitment strategy meeting, posting, sourcing, screening, conducting debrief until the offer has been accepted.
    • Collaborate with hiring manager and HR to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders by proactively gathering and maintaining market insights and competitive intelligence related to talent and the competitive biopharmaceutical talent landscape; develop methods to share competitive intelligence to inform managers, leaders and colleagues’ talent management and talent acquisition efforts
    • Source and attract high-caliber talent, and effectively convert passive candidates. Collaborate in the development of the Talent Sourcing plan utilizing partnership with the Sourcing Team/ Member
    • Partner with Talent Lead, to provide recruiting updates (including reporting analytics), trends, obstacles, and competitive market intelligence on the talent pools.
    • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and client experience through professionalism and integrity in all contact with applicants, hiring managers and HR colleagues.
    • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, and other systems
    • Develop and deploy the continuous improvement program that supports TA’s strategic direction to drive the identification, adoption, and continuous improvement of scalable end to end processes.
