What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience in SaaS sales to drive new business with leading global brands in the US. You will lead the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract execution. In this strategic business development role, you will work with key stakeholders and influencers throughout the process to assess core needs and objectives and demonstrate the value and impact of Traackr’s solutions. As part of an international sales team in a fast growing business, you will work with marketing and sales leadership to develop effective new business strategies and initiatives across your territory.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead pipeline generation in close collaboration with marketing and sales development teamDevelop and execute target account programs in collaboration with marketing and sales developmentDevelop and actively pursue concurrent Enterprise opportunitiesEffectively manage a complex, multi stakeholder enterprise sales processAccurately report, forecast, and proactively manage sales pipelineBuild trust and nurture relationships with a network of prospective buyersSuccessfully coach and mentor more junior members of the sales teamExperience & Skills5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIsMastery of core sales skills (pipeline development, active listening, value matching, negotiation, objection handling)Willingness and ability to collaborate cross functionally to optimize solution development and sales process optimizationProficiency with Salesforce.com;, Sales Navigator, Outreach or related toolsSelf starter mentality to pave your own path to successHigh value placed on team collaboration and team winsA plus:Experience in Marketing TechnologyAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
