Bazaarvoice is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding sales and leadership in decision making and sales strategy by analyzing sales trends and bringing insights. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for driving key objectives for the business and turn data-driven insights into actions. This role will require collaboration across multiple functional teams in the business to roll out new improvement processes. In this position you will have the opportunity to balance strategic planning along with tactical execution.
Ability to lead projects and assist in the prioritization of requests and assignments
Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and with collaboration across multiple teams.
You thrive in problem solving. You have the insight to identify problems, address a problem, and collaboratively develop a solution
Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams.
Work closely with Sales leadership to define and operationalize key Sales KPIs. You really want to build measurement and tracking tools to put data at the center of decision making. You like data. You like data a lot.
Synthesize analyses into compelling presentations and effectively communicate findings on key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plans
Identify & implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Sales Operations and Sales Teams productivity
Provide support to market assessment and strategic planning initiatives, such as annual planning
Work across a global organization to ensure consistent reporting and operations across the organization
You can work on your own to solve a problem, but also can collaborate with others and value their perspectives as other perspectives lead to better solutions
Qualifications and Attributes:
3+ years in an Operations, preferably in Sales Operations at a SaaS company
Proactive, entrepreneurial, go-getter spirit
Energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Self-motivated with outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) and strong desire to get things done and demonstrate urgency with small & big initiatives
Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, be persuasive and persistent at all levels of the organization
High-level attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
Effective problem solver and comfortable with the requirement to multi-task
Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities
Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
