What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
RevoU is a revolutionary online learning academy that helps students transform their careers in tech. We currently offer a full-stack digital marketing program for students wishing to break into an online marketing career or accelerate their existing growth.
We are looking for an experienced social media marketer to join (soon to be) the best in-house Content Marketing team in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for someone passionate about social media, education and obsessed about seeing our students succeeding: we want to build a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people.
You, as the Senior Social Media Executive, will take ownership of RevoU’s social media presence.
The Perfect Candidate
You will produce content that will be seen by a lot of our current + future followers. So you will be the creator of those content that will make people stop scrolling, read, share the content, and check our social media handles.
We will make A LOT of visuals, maybe releasing our podcast or even videos. In this role, you need to have a good taste of design to make sure we have high-quality content we put out for our audience.
The trends in social media change every single day. We need you to be super KEPO with what happened out there.
What topics do people care about the most now? What social media platform should we explore? What content format should we test?.
You will bring all the insights and do something with our social media handles!
In social media it’s two ways of communication: We put out content & interact with people.
You will be actively asking questions & also answering all questions we have in different social media platform.
We don’t want you to just release content and be happy about it. You will help us to understand how the content performs from different metrics.
Is it better or worst compared to the other post? If better, how can we replicate it? if worst, how we can improve it?.
Growing an organic audience in social media is not an easy task or to be frank, extremely hard. Some strategies might work, others might not, and it’s perfectly ok. What it’s important is you don’t give up and keep pushing yourself to try again.
You will need to always come with new ideas and approaches on how we can do things better than last time.
We want to build a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people.
As in most early-stage startups, we are firing on all cylinders and need to execute fast. This means that you need to be comfortable in getting your hands extremely dirty and get sh*t done, at a very high level of intensity and quality. Owning the entire process from start to finish.
