We are looking for an SEO Content Writer and Social Media Coordinator to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate will develop strategic content for the company blog and demand generation in addition to managing and implementing the social media strategy.
This position combines creativity and strategy, meaning you should have a passion for writing and an understanding of how content serves a business purpose. SEO will be a primary focus as we aim to grow our website traffic as a formidable lead gen channel. 
As part of a team that is evolving, there is also ample room to support the creation of content for wider marketing initiatives. Including drafting video scripts, thought leadership for the CEO and contributing articles for media exposure.

    • Develop content for the company blog around relevant industry topics to help increase prospect and lead engagement
    • Develop compelling content to serve as gated assets for lead gen 
    • Strategically review and optimize our SEO strategy for maximum visibility 
    • Help maintain website for optimal visitor experience in conjunction with Head of Marketing 
    • Find creative ways to continuously expand audience engagement across different channels (e.g. blog, social media outlets) in order to raise brand awareness and increase chances of converting prospects to customers 
    • Establish “thought-leadership” in the applicable areas
    • Support the delivery of content in other areas of marketing, including email campaigns 
    • Provide supporting content for sales, partnerships and product teams as needed 
    • Collaborate with other teams for information gathering from Subject Matter Experts
    • Edit writing from CEO and other non-marketing teams such as the customer success team
    • Will create and own content strategy and calendar


    • 2-4 years of experience in content writing
    • BA/BS (or equivalent experience) Writing, PR, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
    • Language requirement: English
    • Experience in RPA, IPA, AI space preferred
    • Minimum is experience in B2B tech industry, startup experience preferred
    • Experience using Wordpress and Google Analytics
    • Background in SEO tools and strategies
    • Ability to analyze success of content
    • Well rounded writer with ability to create various types of content including blog posts, website copy, and case studies
    • Strong project management skills
