Job Description
Part of the team responsible for our Service Excellence meetings. These are sessions in which colleagues from all areas of our PBM and throughout CVS Health come together to determine the root causes of challenges being faced by our clients and their members. Beyond mitigation and understanding why the incident occurred, the goal is to create durable solutions for our clients. Team responsibilities include determining the right topics to come to these meetings and timing, assisting the business teams with data gathering and readiness ahead of the session, the quality of conversation itself, and ensuring that durable commitments from the meeting are captured.
• Work with colleagues throughout the PBM to ensure that topics are ready for meaningful conversations at our Service Excellence meetings
• Escalate challenges and concerns, as appropriate
• Drive best practices in Service Excellence execution into the entire PBM
• Capture and share commitments generated in our Service Excellence workshops
• Help to foster an environment of continuous improvement as part of our CSX initiative

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in process improvement, including root cause identification
