We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing Sales Operation Team as our new Service Operations Data Analyst reporting to the Senior Service Operations Analyst. This individual will be responsible for supporting our Account Managers and Leadership with operational needs in Salesforce.com. You will engage in projects related to territory management, subscription creation and auditing, product renewal reporting and more. You will become a subject matter expert in our Service Team’s business process and help drive efficiencies and improvements to it. In this role you will interact with a variety of other departments beyond Account Management, including Sales Support, Customer Service, and Business Systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the Account Management team by responding to Cases. Troubleshoot errors and questions related to subscriptions, alerts, purchases, and returns.
Assist with all Account Manager territory management and account assignments.
Research and identify trends related to territory alignment and Implementation management.
Create an ongoing audit process for subscription and Implementation data to maintain integrity and accuracy.
Engage in future enhancements by providing your ideas and feedback as it relates to Account Management Salesforce business processes.
Lead data cleansing projects as needed.
Use tools including SQL, DOMO, and Salesforce Reports, to effectively data mine large dataset.

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of related work experience
Highly detail-oriented individual who must love clean data
Strong Excel skills
Experience with SQL databases and queries are a plus
Experience with Domo or equivalent BI tool are a plus
Analytic, critical thinker who enjoys solving problems
A clear and concise communicator both verbally and in writing.
Someone with a growth mindset who is curious, ambitious, and loves to learn
A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and adapts well to change
Salesforce experience is a plus
Location: Currently, all Curriculum Associates employees are working remotely due to Covid-19. While we are open to candidates working remotely across the US, please note that this position would require a candidate to work east coast hours.
