We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Technical Accounting to join our team and lead our revenue close process and help grow our technical accounting and reporting function. This individual will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and will be the key contributor for revenue and equity accounting as well as provide assistance in all other technical accounting matters. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and partner with various individuals across the Company to tackle various accounting and reporting initiatives. This position will have high visibility into the business and will require you to be able to respond quickly to a rapidly growing and changing business.  
How You’ll Contribute:
Manage the revenue close process, review customer contracts and analyze accounting impacts under ASC 606 and ASC 340
Manage the process of assessing stand-alone selling price
Manage the quarterly equity close process 
Provide the accounting team with technical accounting guidance and assist the business in evaluating the impact of significant transactions
Prepare technical accounting analyses, policies and procedures 
Actively contribute to process improvement and automation efforts including implementation of Zone Billing and Netsuite ARM
Evaluate and implement new accounting standards
Serve as a key contributor to the audit 
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of accounting or auditing experience, including experience in a revenue or technical accounting role (industry or public accounting)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills  
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
Experience with stock-based compensation (ASC 718), Revenue Recognition and Contract Costs (ASC 606 and ASC 340), Capitalized Software (ASC 350) and Lease Accounting (ASC 842)
Nice to Have:
CPA highly preferred
Experience with Netsuite 
Experience with Workiva 
Experience developing accounting models and standardizing formal processes and procedures 
Experience with Business Combinations and/or Consolidation (ASC 805/ASC 810) is a plus
