What You’ll Be Working On:
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements
Interview and work alongside business stakeholders and other subject matter experts to understand processes, needs, and systems in use
Create workflows, process documentation, use cases, and other artifacts as applicable to drive the organization toward a common understanding of challenges, opportunities, and priorities
Identify and recommend potential solutions, including process improvements and technology solutions
Evaluate and document the requirements of needed solutions in sufficient detail to support solution development and/or system implementations
Facilitate measurement and evaluation of solutions’ effectiveness and six sigma or lean?
What You Bring to Reify Health:
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical and/or technical field (e.g. engineering, computer science, MIS)
5+ years of experience in a BusinessAnalyst role
Strong business process analysis experience!
A background that includes some software engineering
Ability to understand complex business systems and identify solutions which can improve or optimize those systems
Strong process management skills and familiarity with methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc)
Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate recommendations, influence others, and drive toward consensus among senior stakeholders
Proven ability to proceed in the face of ambiguity and iterate towards more precision
Ability to independently develop and deliver practical, detailed requirements
Self motivation, a sense of ownership, and a bias for action
Experience in an environment subject to regulatory requirements
Experience with clinical research or relevant graduate-level studies
