AllStripes is growing our life science partnerships team to support our biopharma partners in advancing their research priorities using AllStripes Research offerings. You should love creating and scaling processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and building up a team of cross-functional problem-solvers. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and feel comfortable leading while doing.
What You’ll Do
Build and scale the playbook for the Life Sciences Partnerships team to support the growth of AllStripes’ Research business, including 1) Managing a team of results-oriented problem solvers 2) Driving continuous process improvement and standardization across customers to scale up AllStripes’ delivery function.
Lead strategic engagement to develop long-term, enterprise-wide partnerships with our biopharma partners, as well as other strategic collaborators (eg, government/regulatory, advocacy groups).
Be a subject matter expert on AllStripes’ platform and represent our capabilities to advance the research priorities of our biopharma partners.
Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate across internal functional groups (product, research, patient operations, business development, legal, and finance team members) to identify opportunities to enhance existing products, identify new potential product offerings, and influence go-to-market strategy.
Closely partner with the broader Life Sciences Partnerships and Sales teams to execute against AllStripes’ sales strategy to drive explosive growth for the AllStripes Research business.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities for AllStripes and championing new processes to optimize AllStripes Research.
Who You Are
Experience building and managing a team within a high-growth environment. Flexible — able to establish process while creating it and able to focus on core responsibilities while keeping eyes and ears open for opportunities.
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility, delivering products, services, or analyses to biopharma companies, in organizations such as life science-oriented consulting firm, healthcare-focused analytics and/or outcomes research firm, or a health-tech firm.
A track record of success in developing long-term business relationships with biopharma companies in a strategic and abstract space and experience owning high-profile client relationships.
Highly motivated by being part of a cross-functional team focused on transformational change in rare disease.
Analytical and results-oriented collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback.
Ability to juggle multiple needs and priorities from clients and internal cross-functional groups.
Direct experience collaborating with Commercial, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and R&D professionals.
Experience developing strategies that leverage real-world clinical data.
Experience working in rare disease.
Have an MBA, PhD, or MPH.
